Taking the court at 2 p.m., coach Ted Carlson and his Hornet crew outplayed their guests in every facet of the game, rolling to a 54-8 nonleague victory.
The easy decision allowed the Hornets to improve to 3-7 on the season. The Enumclaw girls will be looking for victory No. 4 tonight (Wednesday) when they host Todd Beamer High in Chuck Smith Gym. Tipoff for the North Puget Sound League 4A contest is set for 7 p.m.

If there was any doubt about the outcome it was eliminated with Enumclaw’s 23-point flurry in the second period. Kent-Meridian routinely wilted under Enumclaw’s defense and was held to just one hoop and a lone free throw during the second half.
