Enumclaw High welcomed two new members into its Athletic Hall of Fame during a Friday night ceremony in Chuck Smith Gymnasium.

Added to the illustrious roster were wrestler Ty Watterson and distance runner Alison Tubbs Mandi. Watterson was a state champion as a senior and went on to garner All-American honors while competing for Oregon State University.

Mandi also was a state champion, earned prep All-American honors and went on to run at the University of Washington.

Each was a 2002 graduate of Enumclaw High, and both have family connections to the EHS Hall of Fame: Watterson’s sister Resa was a standout basketball player and a 2002 inductee; Mandi’s father Tim was a longtime EHS coach and athletic director and a 2015 inductee.
