While the Hornet girls were topping Auburn Mountainview 80-53, the EHS boys were falling 89-55. The Thursday meet was on the road.
The Hornet girls posted two victories from Natasha Puzon, the day’s fastest at both 1,600 and 3,200 meters, and hurdler Ellie DeGroot, winner of both the 100- and 300-meter races.
For the EHS boys, Carson Christensen won both the long jump and triple jump.
