The Hornet boys swim and dive team defeated league rivals Thomas Jefferson 96-85 in a hard fought and exciting meet.
The score was very close throughout the meet and the lead changed seemingly every event. It was an excellent showing by the divers taking the top three places in the diving event which proved crucial. The hornet swimmers fought tooth and nail the remainder of the meet to defend the lead provided by the divers. In the end the depth of the Hornets prevailed over the star-studded Raiders team.
