The Enid Pacers (3-4) and the Oklahoma Bible Academy (5-4) volleyball teams advanced to the gold bracket of the Jaguar Invitational at Westmoore High School on Saturday.

The Pacers were one and done on Saturday after falling 3-0 (18-25, 14-25, 12-25) to Westmoore in the semifinals.

OBA eliminated Bogart, Texas, 3-0 (25-13, 25-19, 25-22) in the semifinals on Saturday morning to advance to the championship match against host Westmoore. OBA claimed second place after falling 3-1 (25-16, 18-25, 22-25, 23-25) to the Jaguars.

"My girls always play to win and go as far as they can," OBA head coach Taylor Crismas said. "We didn't play well here last year and they were excited to redeem [themselves]."

Senior setter Brittney Scribel and two other seniors, Gage Kroeker and Elizabeth Price, "stepped up to lead the team to the championship," Crismas said.

"Brittney got to balls that I thought were going to be down, she hustled to them and got them up. Her defense was incredible," Crismas said.
