HORNET WATER POLO CONTINUES TO FIND SUCCESS

Hornet Water Polo continues to find Success

The Enumclaw High School Girls Water Polo Team, fresh off last Thursday's win securing their third straight East Division title, went 3-1 at this weekend's Auburn School District Water Polo Tournament.


 


On Friday, the Hornets opened the tournament with a 4-2 loss to Puyallup, before beating Auburn Riverside 11-3 in their next game. Enumclaw won both games on Saturday, beating Tahoma 11-3, and Auburn 6-3.

The Hornets are 8-1 in league play, 16-5 overall, and have three games remaining. Enumclaw travels to Renton's  Lindbergh High School on Tuesday to face Kentridge in their final league game of the season.


 


On Thursday the Hornets travel to Port Orchard for a 4:00 game with South Kitsap. The team wraps up their regular season on Tuesday, May 16 with a home game against Tahoma at 7:30.


 


Enumclaw enters the Region I Tournament as the East Division's number one seed, and will face the North Division's fourth seed at 6:45 on Friday, May 19 at Rogers High School
